Fireplaces Delivery information
Our fireplaces are usually delivered within 20 days of receiving your order, however, should you need your fireplace earlier than this please contact us and we will aim to meet your requirements. We do not use couriers or any other 3rd party to deliver our fireplaces due to the precious nature of Marble, we prefer to deliver in person to ensure Our fireplaces are delivered undamaged, this provides you with free delivery insurance and Should there be an issue during transportation a replacement will be delivered free of charge. We can usually offer you an exact time of delivery and very often are able to meet this time slot, due to occasional delayd beyond our control we may be a little late, this should never be more than 2 hours and ensures that you are not having to wait arround all day for delivery. We will keep in contact should any delay occur.
